EDCI began in September 2003 as a small studio of 50 students, running classes 2 days per week at the Whitby Centennial Building in olde Whitby. However, it was not long before our studio quickly grew to a schedule of 6 days per week and it became necessary to move into our own permanent location. It was in May 2006 that EDCI moved into our current location at 900 Hopkins St. Unit 3 (corner of Hopkins St. and Burns St.). EDCI has also run a variety of recreational programs for the past three years at the McKinney Centre in North Whitby for our North Whitby and Brooklin families.
