At Expressions Dance Centre Inc. we take great pride in offering a smaller, yet highly professional, full service dance studio where all students and their families are treated with the utmost respect, regardless of the number of hours spent training each week. At Expressions, we believe in equality, and the art of dance should be available to everybody and every body, regardless of age, ability, shape or size.
We offer a variety of programs both recreational and competitive, as well as a performance company for those seeking additional performance opportunities.
As a smaller studio, we are able to offer smaller class sizes for greater individual attention in a professional dance studio setting. We promote student-centred learning, with all classes taught by highly-qualified professional educators in a positive learning environment. Our students work at their own level within the class, with a variety of variations and modifications, in order to meet the needs of each individual.
Another advantage to being a smaller studio, we are able to offer two annual performances each year for all of our students (both recreational and competitive) highlighting our award-winning, age-appropriate costuming and choreography. Most importantly, we offer a professional performance experience that the entire family can enjoy.
Like people, no two dance schools are alike, so when choosing your dance program this year, be sure to find out the focus and philosophy of the school before registering, in order to find a studio that will best fit your needs. Unable to attend the Studio Open House & Registration Events? No problem!! We understand how busy and hectic life can be at this time of the year, so for your convenience we offer easy online registration so you can register from the comfort of your own home, any time of day. Online Registration Payments can also be made via Paypal, or if you prefer you can complete the online registration form and instead type “payment to follow” under the “additional information section” of the form. Then simply drop off your payment (cash or cheque in a sealed envelope) through the studio mail slot at 900 Hopkins St. Unit 3.
Note: Register early to reserve your spot in the classes of your choice – early registration is encouraged to avoid disappointment, as space is limited to guarantee small class sizes.
